摘要
目的探讨细胞间黏附分子(intercellular adhesion molecule,ICAM-1)和肿瘤微血管密度(microvessl den-sity,MVD)在皮肤鳞癌(skin squamous cell carcinoma,SSCC)中的表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测了56例SSCC和10例正常皮肤组织中ICAM-1表达,并通过CD34标记血管内皮来测定肿瘤中MVD,观察它们与SSCC之间的关系。结果56例鳞癌中,ICAM-1表达增高,癌细胞分化越差表达率越高(P<0.05)。肿瘤中MVD增高,暴露部位高于非暴露部位,低分化鳞癌高于高分化鳞癌(P<0.05)。ICAM-1和MVD之间存在着正相关性(r=0.4260,P=0.0011)。结论ICAM-1和MVD异常表达可能与鳞癌的发病有关,MVD异常的程度可能对判断预后有一定的意义。
Objective To investigate the expression of ICAM-1 and microvessel density (MVD) ,in skin squamous cell carcinoma (SSCC). Methods The expression of ICAM-1 was detected by immunohistochemical technique streptavidin-peroxidase (SP) in 56 cases of SSCC and 10 normal controls and through CD34 marking endothelial cells count MVD of SSCC, then the relationship of them was determined. Results The expression of ICAM-1 and MVD was up-regulated in SSCC. The poorer differentiation,the higher level of the expression (P 〈 0.05). SSCC occurred in sunshine skins had higher MVD compared with that of nonesunshine skins. The expression of ICAM-1 was positively correlated with MVD( r = 0. 4260, P = 0. 0011 ). Conclusion The abnormal expression of ICAM-1 and MVD may contribute to the oncogenesis of SSCC, and the level of MVD may be a prognostic marker for SSCC.
