摘要
目的:通过建立心肌细胞肥大模型,观察当归注射液对心肌细胞肥大的影响。方法:分离培养乳鼠心肌细胞,用血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngiotensinⅡ)诱导心肌细胞肥大,测定心肌细胞直径、蛋白含量,评价当归注射液对心肌细胞肥大的影响。结果:AngⅡ能够显著增加心肌细胞的直径和蛋白含量(P<0.01),当归注射液对这一效应有逆转作用(P<0.05)。结论:血管紧张(终浓度为10-7mmol/L)有明显促心肌肥大的作用,当归注射液(终浓度为10-3g/mL)对血管紧张素诱导的心肌细胞肥大有一定的抑制作用。
Objective: Through establing model of myocardical hypertrophy ,observe the effect of Angelicasinensic( DangGui) injection on hypertrophic cardiomyocyte. Methods: Neonatal rat ventricular myocytes were isolated and cultured in vitro, myocardical hypertrophy was induced by AngiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ). Then access the effect of Angelicasinensic injection on the myocardical hypertrophy by feUowing two methods : measure diameter of myocytes and content of cellular protein. Results: AngⅡ can obviously increase the diameter of myocytes and the cellular protein content of myocytes ( P 〈 0.01 ), however , Angelicasinensic injection can decrease the improvement in the cellular diameter and protein content( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion: Angiotensin Ⅱ has the effect of inducing hypertrophy ,Angelicasinensic injection can inhibit myocardial hypertrophy certainly.
