清金得生片抗小鼠Lewis肺癌作用的病理形态观察

The Pathomorphous Changes in Lewis' Lung Cancer Mice Treated by Qingjin Desheng Tablets

目的：探讨清金得生片抗小鼠Lewis肺癌的作用机制。方法：将C57小鼠常规接种Lewis肺癌，随机分5组，设清金得生片高剂量组（3．5g／kg）、中剂量组（2．1g／kg）、低剂量组（1．05g/kg）、FT-207组、生理盐水组，连续灌胃给药10天，停药24h后拉颈处死，取肿瘤称重量，测量体积，肿瘤组织用10％甲醛固定，切片、HE染色。结果：清金得生片各剂量组肿瘤重量明显轻于生理盐水组，肿瘤体积明显比生理盐水组小，肿瘤重量抑制率为26．52％～46．96％，肿瘤体积抑制率为26．45％～45．06％。镜下可见部分瘤细胞体积缩小，核致密，染色质浓缩边集，个别瘤细胞核断裂形成大小不等的胞核小体，肿瘤细胞核分裂数明显减少，在大片坏死残留的肿瘤细胞周围有大量的淋巴细胞和白细胞浸润。结论：清金得生片有抑制Lewis肺癌细胞增殖，诱导细胞凋亡，以及提高机体免疫功能的作用。

Objective：To investigate the anti -tumor mechanism of Qingjin Desheng tablets in mice bearing lewis lung cancer cells. Methods ： Inoculated the c57 mice with lewis lung cancer cells, then divided into 5 groups： high dose group of Qingjin Desheng tablets （3.5g/kg）, medium dose （ 2.1 g/kg） , low dose （1.05g/kg） group, FF - 207group , physiological saline group as control. After 10 days treatmemt the mice were sentenced to death, after weighing the tumor tissue and measuring its volume the tumor tissue was fixed with formaldehydes, cut into slice and dyed by HE methods. Restdts： Compared with the control, the tumor＇s weight and volume in all Qingjin Desheng tablet groups were significantly decreased with tumor＇s weight inhibition rates ranging from 26.52% to 46.96% and volume inhibition rates from 26.45% to 45. 06%. Microscopy showed a characteristic of anti - tumor effect in Qingjin Desheng tablet groups. Conclusion： Qingjin Desheng tablets have effects on inhibitting the proliferation of lewis lung cancer cells and inducing the apoptosis of tumor cells as well as improving the immunity function of the mice.
