摘要 目的:建立芍药甘草汤总有效部位(TPG)中芍药苷、甘草苷、甘草素、甘草酸单铵盐的含量测定方法。方法:通过高效液相色谱法(HPLC),测定TPG中4种有效成分的含量。色谱柱:LichrospherC18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相A为乙腈,B为0.1%磷酸,作梯度洗脱。0、18、30、40、50、55、60、65min时,A(%)为14、20、28、35、40、60、14、14;流速:1mL.min-1;测定波长:230nm;柱温:25℃。结果:测得TPG中芍药苷、甘草苷、甘草素、甘草酸单铵盐的含量。结论:本方法简便、快捷、重现性好,可用于同时测定TPG中4种有效成分的含量,全面控制TPG的质量,确保每批产品的均一性。 Objective: To establish a sensitive and specific HPLC method for controlling the quality of total effective fractions from Paeornla and Glyeyrrhiza Decoction (TPG). Methods: We used HPLC to determinate the contents of Paeoniflorin, Liquiritin,Liquifitigenin and Ammonium glycyrrhizinate in TPG, HPLC analysis was performed on a Lichrospher - C18 (250mm ×4.6mm,5μm ) ,with the mixture of acetonitrile (A) and 0.1% phosphoric acid - water (B) as mobile phase in gradient mode. The concentrations of solvent A were 14% ,20% ,28% ,35% ,40% ,60%, 14% and 14% at 0,18,30,40,50,55,60 and 65min , respectively. The column temperature was set up at 25℃ and the flow rate wasl mL - min^-1. Results : We received the contents of the four effective fractions respectively. Conclusion : This method is simple, quick and reproducible and could be used for the determination of the four constituents in TPG.
