摘要
目的:探讨针刺“内关”穴调节缓慢性心律失常的效应机理。方法:电针异搏定所致的心律失常模型大鼠双侧“内关”穴,观察针刺前后心律(率)变化;用半定量逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)方法测定延髓中激动性G蛋白(Gs)mRNA的相对含量。结果:针刺治疗组与模型组相比有显著变化(P<0.01)。结论:缓慢性心律失常可能和延髓中G蛋白基因表达障碍有关;G蛋白在针刺“内关”穴对心律失常的调节中有重要作用。
Objective: To explore mechanism of acupuncture" neiguan" point to bmdycardia regulation. Methods: Ardlythmia was induced with cordilox, and acupuncture" neiguan" by electro- acupuncture later. Then the change cardiac rhythm and rate;The expression of GsmRNA in bulbus medullae was detected by using reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction( RT- PCR). Results: Acupuncture treatment group has significent change compared with model group( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions : Arrhythmia probably related with G protein genetic expression disordering, which is very important to regulate arrhythmia by acupuncture "neiguan" point.
