五汁饮对温病高热伤阴作用的实验研究

Research of Wuzhiyin Decotion on Yin Impairment Caused by Hyperfever of Eqidemic Febrile Disease

目的:研究五汁饮对温病高热伤阴动物模型的防治作用。方法:采用大肠杆菌内毒素建立家兔温病高热伤阴的动物模型,模型组和空白组灌服生理盐水,五汁饮组灌服五汁饮,以体温、红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATP酶活力等作为相关性指标来观察五汁饮的养阴清热作用。结果:五汁饮组发热高峰和发热持续时间均低于模型组,组间比较差异非常显著(P<0.01),模型组造模3h后红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATP酶活力与造模前比较无明显差异(P>0.05),造模24h后红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATP酶活力下降明显,与造模前比较差异非常显著(P<0.01),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:五汁饮对家兔温病高热伤阴动物模型有明显的防治作用,并提示五汁饮的养阴清热作用可能与细胞保护有关。

Objective： To observe preventive and curative effects of Wuzhiyin decoction on Yin impairment caused by hyperfever of epidemic febrile disease. Methods ： The model and Wuzhiyin groups were injected intravenously with endotoxin 1.5μg/Kg,while the blank group with physiological saline at the same dosage. Wuzhiyin decoction was given to the Wuzhiyin group 3mL/Kg after intravenous injection, and physiological saline to the model and blank groups at the same time and dosage. Symptoms, temperature, peak value of temperature, temperature reaction index, serium electrolytes concentration and Na^＋ -K^＋ -ATP ase activity were detected. Results ： ①The peak value and duration of temperature in the Wuzhiyin group were markedly lower than those in the model group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. with significant difference among the three group（ P 〈0.01 ）.②Na^＋ -K^＋ -ATP ase activity in the model group decreased in 3 hours after intravenous injection,and the decrease in 24 hours was significant before and after intravenous injection,and the decrease in 24 hours was significant before and after intravenous injection in seh-comparison. And with significant difference among the three groups （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Wuzhiyin decoction has markedly preventive and curative effects on experimental yin impairment caused by hyperfever of epidemic febrile disease ,and the mechanism of replenishing vital essence and removing heat of Wuzhiyin decoction is relative to cell protection.
