独活寄生汤治疗腰椎管狭窄症疗效观察

Observe the Curative Effect of the Angelicae Pubescentis and Loranthi Decoction Which was Used in Clinic to Tread the Lumbar Spinal Stenosis

目的:观察独活寄生汤治疗腰椎管狭窄症的疗效。方法:将60例腰椎管狭窄症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例;两组均在患者卧床休养基础上,治疗组加服独活寄生汤50mL日3次口服;对照组口服新身痛逐瘀汤50mL日3次口服,均为3周1个疗程。结果:治疗组临床症状改善明显优于对照组。结论:独活寄生汤治疗腰椎管狭窄症疗效明显优于对照组。

Objective： Observe the curative effect of the Angelicae Pubescentis and Loranthi Decoction which was used in clinic to tread the Lumbar spinal stenosis. Methods： Divide 60 patients with the symptom of Lumbar spinal stenosis into two groups randomly ,the control group and the treaten group , each one consists of 30 patients . The patients in each group are all keeping the bed. Tile treaten group was given the Angelicae Pubescentis and Loranthi Decoction 50ml three times a day taken orally; and the control groups was improved shentong zhuyu tang . A period of treatment was three weeks. Results ： The symptom of the treaten group was ameliorately more better than the control group . Conclusion： The curative effect of Lumbar spinal stenosis which was used in curing the Angelicae Pubescentis and Loranthi Decoction was more beter than tthat of the control group,
