补阳还五汤加减治疗脑梗死58例——附西药治疗46例对照

The Clinical Curative Effect That Buyang Huanwu Tang Management Cerebral Infarction 58 Cases——Afflliated Western Medicine Management Cerebral Infarction 46 Cases

目的:观察补阳还五汤中减治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:将104例随机分为治疗组58例,补阳还五汤随症加减;对照组46例,单纯西药治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.1%,对照组总有效率为73.9%。两组比较P<0.01,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照高。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect that buyanghuanwutang management cerebral infarction. Methods： 104 patients were divided into two groups in random, 58 cases were treated by huyanghuanwutang, 46 cases treated by western medicine in com-tol group. Results： the total effective rate were 93.1% in treat group, the control group were 71.1%, the total effective rate in treat group were higher than control group （ P 〈0.01）.
