正交设计法研究补肾通痹颗粒提取工艺

Study on Extraction Process of Bushen Tongbi Granuls with Orthogonal Design Method

目的:优选补肾通痹颗粒提取工艺。方法:采用正交设计法,以槲皮素、原儿茶醛薄层斑点,延胡索乙素含量为指标,优选提取工艺。结果:最优提取工艺为中等粒度的醋延胡索,50%的乙醇,8倍溶剂量,提取2次,高温减压浓缩。结论:正交设计法试验优选的补肾通痹颗粒提取工艺条件稳定、可行。

Objective： To optimize the extraction process of Bushen Tongbi Granuls. Methods： Using orthogonal design method, to apply extract yield of Rhizoma Coptis and the extract amount of berberine hydrochloride as observing indexes, to measure the content of dl - tetrahydropalmatine with HPLC. Results ： The optimum extraction process was as follows, adding 8 times of 50% alcohol into coptis meal, refluxing and extracting for 2 times , one hour every time. Conclusion： This optimized process is simple, stable and efficient.
