Determination of Lcariine in Funingkang Tablets by HPLC

目的:建立妇宁康片中淫羊藿苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;乙腈-甲醇-0.1mol/L磷酸盐缓冲溶液(22∶9∶69)作为流动相;检测波长:270nm。结果:淫羊藿苷进样量在0.1622-0.8112μg之间呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9995),平均加样回收率为97.2%(RSD=1.8%,n=5)。结论:本法灵敏、准确、重现性好,精密度高、专属性强。可用于妇宁康片的质量控制。

Objective ： To establish the detetmination of Icariine in Funingkang Tablets. Methods ： The determination was carried out by HPLC with octodelyl silicohydrides silanes bonded silica gel as a packing material, Acetonitrile ： Methanol - 0.01 mol/L phosphoric （22： 9：69 ） as a mobile phase, detection wavelength at 270nm. Results：Icariine showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0. 1622 - 0.8112μg （ r = 0. 9995 ） ; The average recovery of Icariine was 97.2% （ RSD = 1.8% ,n = 5）, in the tablets. Conclusion：The method is issensitive, accurate, reproducible, specific and can be used for quality control of Funingkang Tablet.
