Design of Automobile Steering Gear Torsion Test-bed Based on Industrial Personal Computer

设计了一种汽车转向器扭转性能检测试验台,主要用于检测汽车转向器各零部件的扭转刚度,强度和扭转间隙。阐述了该试验台的机械结构,硬件控制原理和软件程序设计思想,并分析了试验检测结果,试验证明该系统具有良好的应用效果。

An automobile steering gear torsion test-bed is designed.It is used to test torsion rigidity,yielding stress in torsion and angel of twist of redirector department.In this paper,the mechanical structure,theory of hardware control and though of software design,and the test results are introduced and analys.The results show it has good application.
