摘要
互联网给零售商提供了一条获取海量客户数据的途径,产生了前所未有的与客户个性化交互的机遇。为了有效地利用客户数据,在对B2C网站的体系结构进行设计时,应充分考虑到数据挖掘的需要,本文提出了一种设计思路,即将B2C网站的体系结构划分为业务数据定义模块、客户交互模块和分析模块等三个主要组件。
Internet provides a way of accessing a large amount of customer data for retailers. Retailers get a new opportunity to communicate individually with their customers. To utilize effectively customer data, we should think about the needs of data mining when we design the architecture of B2C sites, This paper puts forward a design way that the architecture is classified as business data module, customer interaction module and analyses module.
