食品行业离不开添加剂已经成为共识，随着中国食品行业的蓬勃发展，食品添加剂也越来越频繁地出现在公众视野之内。与中国的其它的行业一样，食品工业的发展也是从落后的位置开始奋起直追的，尽管仍面临着许多问题，如频繁出现的食品安全事件等等。然而事实上，引发食品安全事件的添加剂并非是食品添加剂，而是非法使用工业用化学原料，但中国食品添加剂目前的发展还不成熟，政府的监管检测不到位，致使这些事件损害了食品添加剂的形象。
In our exclusive interview Mr. Humphrey Lau, President of Novozymes China, shares his thoughts on food additives and food safety. Mr. Lau first introduced Novozymes, the world＇ sleading enzyme producer, and talked about food enzymes and applications from Novozymes, e.g., Novamyl 10000 BG, Lipopan F BG, Lipopan S BG and Gluzyme Mono. Commenting on rising concerns about food safety in China along with the improvement of people＇s living standard, Mr. Lau said he is pleased to see that great efforts are being made by the Chinese government and Chinese media to address the issue. Looking forward, Novozymes believes biotech-based enzyme solutions will improve people＇ s life, and help with better business and cleaner environment.
