文章介绍了2006年底国家电网公司生产部组织部分省市公司有关人员对加拿大Hydro One有限公司和新加坡新能源电网公司的城网装备技术标准和管理规范进行考察的情况。主要对2家公司的概况、生产管理的特点、设备的运行管理、设备的更新策略、政府对配电系统的要求等方面进行了详细介绍。
The paper introduced the technical standard and management specification of urban power network equipment in Singapore and Canada, which was based on investigation tour organized by Production Department of SGCC to go to Hydro One Co. in Canada and the Singapore new energy power grid Co. in the end of 2006. The general situation of these two companies, the characteristics of production management, operation and management of equipment, updating strategy of equipment, the requirements of government for distnbution system etc. were introduced in detail.
