摘要
禅师表现在弟子面前的权威是合理权威,这种合理权威给正在实施新课程的教师可以提供三个启示:一、权威来自于教育者是受教育者生命中不可缺少的一个重要人物;二、权威来自于教育者与受教育者的平等对话;三、权威来自于创新。认真地借鉴古代禅师的教育经验,对于当代教师端正教师角色,提高专业化水平是有所裨益的。
Chan master' s arthority is reasonable,and provides three inspirations to teachers who are carrying out the new course : first,the authority comes from teachers and is a personage in students' life ; second, the authority comes from dialogue on the basis of equality between teachers and students;at last, the authority comes from innovations. Using the education perience of Chan master for reference conscientiously,the contemporary teachers can upright their teacher role ,and can raise their specialization level.
