摘要
随着经济全球化趋势的深入发展和国内分销市场的全面开放,国际商贸集团以其规模、品牌、资金、人员及营销优势打破现有的流通格局。我国大型商贸企业要想在新的竞争环境中立足,组织创新是其中一个必须认真面对的问题。本文对山东银座股份有限公司组织创新的主要内容进行了介绍,在对山东银座股份有限公司成功经验总结的基础上,对我国大型商贸流通企业组织创新的方向及策略进行了探讨。
As the emerging of the economic globlization and openning in the domestic distribution market , the current state in the commordity circulation has been replaned by the international business corporation who has a great advrantage in the scale ,brand, capital, personel and marketing. Our big business company, if they hope to have the edge on the competitor , must upgrade the structure of the organization through which the competitive advantage would be get. This paper , take Shandong Silver Plaza as an example, introduces the main contents concerning the organization stratagy of the creation in the large circulation company.
