以山东银座商城股份有限公司为例探析大型商贸流通企业的组织创新

摘要 随着经济全球化趋势的深入发展和国内分销市场的全面开放,国际商贸集团以其规模、品牌、资金、人员及营销优势打破现有的流通格局。我国大型商贸企业要想在新的竞争环境中立足,组织创新是其中一个必须认真面对的问题。本文对山东银座股份有限公司组织创新的主要内容进行了介绍,在对山东银座股份有限公司成功经验总结的基础上,对我国大型商贸流通企业组织创新的方向及策略进行了探讨。 As the emerging of the economic globlization and openning in the domestic distribution market , the current state in the commordity circulation has been replaned by the international business corporation who has a great advrantage in the scale ,brand, capital, personel and marketing. Our big business company, if they hope to have the edge on the competitor , must upgrade the structure of the organization through which the competitive advantage would be get. This paper , take Shandong Silver Plaza as an example, introduces the main contents concerning the organization stratagy of the creation in the large circulation company.
