摘要
介绍了18.00-25-40PR无内胎工程机械轮胎的结构设计和施工设计情况。在结构设计方面减小了胎冠弧度高、增大了b/B值,增强了轮胎的耐磨性。采用延长防擦线长度、加厚胎侧的方法提高轮胎胎侧强度。优化了花纹设计。另外加强了工艺管理,提高了轮胎外观合格率。
Introduced the structural design and the construction situation of 18.00-25-40PR tubeless engieering tire . Reduced the height of tire crown radian in the structural design aspect, to increase the b/B value, strengthened the tire resistance to wear. Uses lengthens guards against scratches of the line length, increased the thick of side wall method to enhances the tire side intensity. Optimized the pattern design. Moreover strengthened the craft management, enhanced the tire outward appearance qualified rate.
