摘要
首先对一种嵌入式串行EEPROM进行了研究,存储容量为4K×8,考虑到可移植性,兼容性,以及体积,成本等因素,采用了串行数据I/O。并给出了该电路的结构框图,对电路原理进行了简单的叙述,并探讨了EEPROM存储单元结构及原理。
This article researches a kind of embeded serial EEPROM. Memory capacitance is 4K multiplied by 8. In view of transplant compatibility as well as volume and cost etc factors, we chooses serialdata I/O. This article presents the diagram of the circuit, simply recounts the principle of the circuit. In addition it discusses the structure and principle of memory cell.
