Discussion about Russia’s Mental Domination to Kazaks during the 19 Century

沙俄在对哈萨克人进行军事征服和政治统治的过程中,认识到仅用军政手段无法达到对哈萨克地区进行有力统治的目的。为此,沙俄加强了对哈萨克人的思想控制,一方面在哈萨克草原地区开展俄罗斯式的教育,同时还推行有利于俄国统治的宗教政策。这些思想控制的做法都是为了达到对哈萨克人有效的殖民统治的目的。

In the course of Russia＇s military conquer and political rule to Kazaks, the government recognized that it was very difficult to realize the effective domination to Kazaks only though military and political artifices. For this reason, Russia strengthened its mental domination to Kazaks. The Russia＇s government developed education according the Russian pattern and carried out religious policies that was beneficial to Russia＇s government in Kazaks plain area. All these methods of mental domination were completely to realize the purpose of effective colonial government to Kazaks.
