介绍了《察布查尔报》的现状和困境,论证了《察布查尔报》存在的必要性,并对《察布查尔报》今后的发展提出一些建设性的建议。
This paper introduced the status quo and predicament of the newspaper Chabuchaer. More importantly; it proves the necessity to remain the newspaper and makes some practical guidance for its future development.
