摘要
以GTM为研究手段,对不同级配的SMA进行研究。结果表明,不同4.75 mm通过率SMA16混合料的体积特性、路用性能及力学性能均与所采用的成型方法密切相关。与传统马歇尔方法相比,采用GTM方法设计的沥青混合料体积参数及路用性能均表现出新的特点:GTM方法设计的沥青混合料胶结料含量较低、试件密度高、空隙率及矿料间隙率小、饱和度大,混合料高温抗车辙能力、抗水破坏能力、低温抗裂能力均显著提高。
Using GTM as compaction style, different gradation of SMA are studied. Research results indicate that the volume characteristic, road performance and mechanics capability of different gradation's SMA have direct relation with compacting style. The mixture which designed by GTM method has it's new characteristics. In contrast with Marshall design results, new mixture has lesser asphalt content, higher density, smaller VV and VMA and larger VFA. In addition, new mixture also have better rutting-resistance performance, higher water damage-resistance performance, better crack-resistance performance.
