摘要
通过对型钢构件表面酸洗,可清除其表面氧化层,并实现对其表面的轻度刻蚀,以增加后续锌镀层与基体的结合力。经过对洗液配方反复调试,结果表明已达到预期酸洗效果,并为后续热浸镀锌工艺的合理实现提供前期保证。
Acid pickling surface of profiled bar component can cleanup oxidation and realize gentle acid erode to increase binding power between zincification and matrices. Expectant effect of acid pickling is reached through adjusting pickled formulation iteratively , which can provide prophase assurance for subsequence hot-dip galvanizing technology.
