聚氨酯/乙烯基酯梯次化IPNs的制备及力学性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用同步法,制备弹性聚氨酯(PU)与乙烯基酯树脂(VER)为体系的一系列梯次化互穿聚合物网络(IPNs)材料,对梯次化IPNs体系网络间的互穿缠结作用,进行多角度力学性能探讨。结果表明,梯次化效应使IPNs材料的力学性能得到明显改善。 A series of gradient interpenetrating polymer networks materials based on the systems of elastic polyurethane(PU) and vinyl ester resin(VER) were synthesized in a "simultaneous" way, with the help of testing mechanical properties, the mechanical property of the interpenetrating entanglement effect of interpenetrating polymer networks system were investigated in many points of view. The results have shown that the mechanical properties of IPNs materials were improved by using the gradient methods.
