摘要
选用低毒、弱鞣性的水杨酸和3种金属盐(CrCl3、AlCl3、CuCl2)进行试验,目的是通过2种弱鞣性的物质进行结合鞣,观察其鞣制效果。首先合成配合物,即Rigid Matrix,然后对配合物进行结构分析,确定其分子结构,得到n(Cr)∶n(Sa)、n(Al)∶n(Sa)、n(Cu)∶n(Sa)分别为3∶1、3∶1、2∶1的比例形成配合物。最后用其来进行鞣制皮粉,并通过DSC测定鞣后皮粉的相变温度,来预测水杨酸-金属配合物的鞣制性能。试验发现:水杨酸铬鞣制皮粉的Onset点为146.7℃、水杨酸铝为145.7℃、水杨酸铜为144.1℃。
Salicylic acid with low toxicity, weak tanning properties and three kinds of metal - salts ( CrCl3、AlCl3、CuCl2) were chosen in our experiments to investigate their tanning properties. The coordination compounds were synthesized and analyzed and their structures were confirmed. The ratio of the compounds n(Cr) : n(sa) ,n(Al) : n(Sa) and n(Cu) : n(Sa) were 3: 1,3: 1, and 2 : 1 respectively. The compounds were used to tan the hide powder and the transformation temperatures of the tanned powder were determined by DSC. It shows that the tanning effect of chrome salicylate is best, whose denaturalization temperature is 146.7℃, and the onsets of the hide powder tanned with copper salicylate and aluminium salicylate are 145.7℃ and 144.1℃ respectively.
