摘要 考察了CO与杂质CO2、CH4二元及三元气体混合物在NA型络合吸附剂上的动态吸附及分离提纯CO的过程,测定了不同混合物吸附时,纯CO置换吸附床层的置换率、产品CO纯度、杂质分压三者的关系。并对所测数据进行了拟合,结果表明拟合结果跟实验数据吻合较好。还测定了气体中的微量O2对CO的动态吸附的影响。研究结果可为含CO、CO2、CH4气体混合物吸附分离和提纯CO提供可靠的依据。 CO adsorption and separation from gas mixture containing CO, CH4 and CO2 on NA adsorbent under dynamic conditions was studied. The relationamong the rate of CO replacing adsorbent bed, the purity of CO and the partial pressure of impurity was measured in different gas mixture. The data were simulated and the result showed that the fitting model coincided well with experimental data. The effect of little O2 to the dynamic adsorption of CO was studied too. Our work offered useful data for CO adsorption and separation from gas mixture containing CO, CH4 and CO2.
