摘要
目的观察电针对D-半乳糖所致大鼠空间学习记忆障碍的影响,从氨基酸递质含量改变探讨电针作用机制。方法将24只大鼠随机分成三组:正常对照组(n=8),模型组(n=8),电针组(n=8);应用反相高效液相法对各组大鼠海马5种氨基酸递质进行了检测。结果模型组Asp含量比正常对照组显著降低,电针后增高(P<0.05);在模型组Glu含量比正常组升高,电针后含量更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Gly在模型组有降低趋势,但差异无统计学意义,电针组含量增高,与模型组和正常对照组比差异都有统计学意义(P<0.05);Tau在模型组含量显著降低,电针后增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);GABA在模型组含量显著降低(P<0.05),电针后增高,但差异无统计学意义。结论电针调节D-半乳糖引起的记忆障碍大鼠可能与海马多种氨基酸含量的改变有关。
Objective To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture on D-galactose induced spatial learning and memory impairment in rats, and to study the meehanism of eleetroaeupuneture on amino aeid neurotransmitters in the hippocampus tissue of rats with spatial learning and memory impairment. Methods 24 rats were randomly divided into control group(n =8), model group(n =8) and eleetroaeupuneture group( n = 8). HPLC was used to measure the contents of amino acid neurotransmitters in the hippocampus tissue. Results Contents of Asp, Tau and GABA in the model group were significantly decreased as compared with the control group( P 〈 0.05 ), content of Gly decreased too, but showed no significant difference. After applying electroaeupuneture, contents of Asp, Gly, and Tan increased significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ). Content of Glu increased in the model group and was more higher in the eleetroaeupuneture group(P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Electroaeupuneture eould regulate effeetively the eontents of amino aeid neurotransmitters in rat' s hippocampus with spatial learning and memory impairment induced by D-galaetose.
