参芪扶正注射液改善鼻咽癌患者放疗不良反应的疗效观察

Clinical observation of the protective effects of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection on radiation therapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma

目的:探讨参芪扶正注射液在鼻咽癌放疗中的保护作用。方法:将58例鼻咽癌患者随机分为两组,治疗组(放疗+参芪扶正注射液)30例和对照组(单纯放疗)28例。对两组患者的体重、Karnofsky评分和口腔黏膜反应、白细胞变化进行观察对比。结果:体力状况(Karnofsky评分)治疗组和对照组的提高稳定率分别为90.0和60.7,P<0.05;治疗组体重增加稳定率为93.3,对照组为67.9,P<0.05;放射性口腔炎对照组明显重于治疗组,P<0.05;外周血白细胞下降对照组较治疗组明显,P<0.05。结论:参芪扶正注射液配合放疗治疗鼻咽癌的患者,能提高患者的生活质量,减轻患者的不良反应。

AIM： To study the protective effects of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection on radiation therapy of nasopharyngeral carcinoma. METHODS： 58 cases with nasopharyngeal careioma were selected and divided into 2 groups randomly： 30 cases of treatment group （ radiation therapy plus Shenqi Fuzheng Injection） and 28 cases of control group （radiation therapy only）. Body weight, Karnofsky score, radioactive stomatitis and change of WBC were compared between the two groups. RESULTS ： The rate of increasing and stable performance status（Karnofsky score） of treatment group and control group were 90.0% and 60.7% （P 〈0.05） , respectively. The rate of increasing and stable body weight of treatment group and control group were 93.3% and 67.9% （P 〈0.05）, respectively. Radioctive stomatitis of control group were more severe than that of the treatment group （P 〈0.005）. Peripheral white blood cell decreased more markedly in the control group than treatment group （P 〈 0. 05 ）.CONCLUSION： Shenqi Fuzheng Injection combined with radiation therapy is a good method for treating nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients gaining life quality and decreasing adverse effects.
