摘要
采用醇提法制备鹿茸胶原,BCATM蛋白浓度测定法、RE-HPLC法和SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法检测其纯度及其分子量范围,酸水解法测定其氨基酸组成。结果表明,鹿茸醇提物中主要含有Ⅰ型胶原,含量约为70%;相对鲜鹿茸,胶原提取率为10.3%。
The collagen was extracted using alcohol from deer antler. The methods, such as alcohol-extraction, BCATM protein assay, RE-HPLC, SDS-PAGE and acid hydrolysis were used. the results are that the collagen type I is the major component extracted from the Deer Antler using alcohol, and the extraction ratio of the collagen is about 10.3%, comparing to the fresh deer antler.
