摘要 采用分子生物学的鉴定方法,对梅花鹿、新西兰鹿、俄罗斯驯鹿的SRY基因进行扩增,在相同条件下用特异引物扩增,这3种鹿都可以扩增出明显的条带且条带数目存在差异,并且阴性对照没有出现任何条带,证明结果真实可靠。采用这种方法可以有效扼制同源性假冒药材的泛滥,维护消费者的权益。 Adopting the molecular biological qualification method in this research, to the sika, Russian reindeer, New Zealand SRY gene of deer go on amplifying with peculiar to guide things amplifyacation these three deer can amplify, it appears obvious strip and strip figure store difference under the same condition. And the contrast has not presented any strip negatively, it proves that the result is true and reliable ! Adopting this kind of method can prevent the homology from imitating the overflowing of crude drugs effectively, safeguard people's economic benefits.
