摘要
选取5个生长于不同地方的黄花蒿种子,采用标准发芽试验方法将其置于不同的条件下进行发芽试验。结果表明:室温下发芽率为67%~90%;25℃恒温光照下发芽率为49%~65%;25℃恒温非光照下发芽率为36%~45%;前期25℃恒温光照、后期室温下,发芽率为78%~91%;前期25℃恒温非光照、后期室温下,发芽率为52%~77%。结论:前期25℃恒温光照、后期室温最适宜黄花蒿种子发芽,试验用种以酉阳县人工繁育种子发芽率最高。
Choosing the Artemisia annua L. seeds growed the five different places, using standard germinative test and in Different conditions. The results indicated that: Seed germination rate was 67%-90% in room temperature; they were 49% - 65% in 25℃ constant temperature and illumination; they were 36% - 45% in 25℃ constant temperature and dark; they were 78% - 91% in prophase 25℃ constant temperature and illumination, anaphase room temperature; they were 52% -77% in prophase 25℃ constant temperature and dark, anaphase room temperature. Conclusion: The fittest conditions of the seed germination were prophase 25℃ constant temperature and illumination, anaphase room temperature .The highest germination rate of seed was family plant seed in Youyang.
