摘要
采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对莽吉柿果皮的脂肪酸及其它脂溶性成分进行了分析。从莽吉柿果皮油状物中共分离出43种成分,其质谱经Xcalibur工作站检索与NIST标准质谱图库对照,鉴定了其中31种成分。
The fatty acids and other liposoluble components from the pericarp of Garcinia mangostana L. were analysised by G-C-MS. 43 compounds were obtained and 31of them were identified by means of indexing the spectrum storeroom.
