摘要 目的探讨肝脏肝吸虫卵肉芽肿,病理特征。方法6例肝脏肝吸虫卵肉芽肿患者,分析其临床资料,病理常规,免疫组化。结果肝吸虫卵所致的肝脏病变有:①含中央坏死的假结核结节;②体积较大的含大量虫卵的慢性虫卵结节;③脓肿样急性广泛性炎症;④窦道样病变;⑤胆管黏膜被虫卵病变取代;⑥细胆管增生,微虫卵肉芽肿形成等。结论人类肝吸虫感染除虫体外虫卵亦可引起肝脏明显的病变,如各种卵肉芽肿、细胆管增生等,这与日本血吸虫卵所致病变在形态上有一定区别。 Objective To explore logical changes of egg-granuloma of clonorchis sinensis in the liver. Methods Clinical observation, pathological routine and immunohistochemistry were used in 6 cases. Results The pathological changes induced by the eggs of clonorchis sinensis were as follows : pseudotubercles with central necrosis, big chronic egg- nodules with many eggs, abscess-like acute extensive inflammation, sinus-like lesions, bile duct mucosa being replaced by the chronic egg-induced changes, micro-egg-granuloma formationand cholangiole proliferation. Conclusion In human clonorchiasis sinensis infection,besides the fluke,the egg can also induce marked hepatic injuries, such as egg- granuloma,cholangiole proliferation etc. These changes are different morphologically from what induced by the egg of schistosoma japonicum.
