摘要
本文通过对2005年《欧洲创新记分牌》系列文件的研究,分析了世界主要创新型国家的特征,并依据《欧洲创新记分牌》中的指标体系及综合评价方法试测算了我国的综合创新指数。本文通过试测算及对有关评价指标的分析对比,对我国创新型国家建设进程进行了初步的判断,指出了我国与创新型国家在创新能力建设方面存在的差距与面临的挑战,明确了我们建设创新型国家的努力方向。
Analyzing the series files of ＂European Innovation Scoreboard （EIS）＂ of 2005, the paper reveals the characteristics of innovation-oriented country. According to the system of indicators and evaluation methods EIS provided, it calculated summary innovation index of China. Through calculation and comparative analysis, it provides preliminary judgement of the process to build innovation-oriented country and points out the direction we should make great efforts to build innovation-oriented country.
