多孔淀粉制备条件的优化 被引量:4

Optimum Conditions for Preparation of Corn Porous Starch by Enzymatic Hydrolysis

摘要 为探寻α-淀粉酶制备多孔淀粉的最佳工艺条件,采用三因素五水平二次回归正交旋转组合设计。通过计算机模拟寻优,根据回归方程利用统计优选法寻优,确定最优酶解条件:pH值5.3,反应时间7h,反应温度51℃。 By means of quadratic orthogonal regressive rotation design, the experiment was conducted in order to get an optimized preparation scheme for porous starch using α-amylase, The optimum hydrolytic conditions were as follows : pH value was 5, 3, and the time was 7 h and the Temperature was 51℃.
