摘要 通过在环氧乙烷水合制备乙二醇实验装置上安装超声波设备,研究了超声波在环氧乙烷水合制备乙二醇中的作用,确定了超声波操作参数,可使目前工业装置操作进料的水和环氧乙烷摩尔比由22∶1下降到15∶1,以降低工业装置的能耗。 With adding ultrasonic equipment on the ethylene oxide hydration experimental unit for glycol preparation, the influences of ultrasonic application to ethylene oxide hydration were studied and the operating parameters of ultrasonic wave were determined. The results showed that ratio of water to ethylene oxide were decreased from 22:1 to 15:1 by using of ultrasonic wave.
