摘要
分析了相对分子质量、相对分子质量分布、丁二烯质量分数及其微观结构等因素对中国石油化工股份有限公司北京燕山分公司生产的苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物熔体流动速率的影响,提出用不同相对分子质量及其分布的胶液进行混兑来调节生产所需熔体流动速率产品的方法。
This paper analyzed the factors, which influenced melt flow rate (MFR) of styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymer produced by Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Co., Ltd., SINOPEC, such as relative molecular mass, relative molecular mass distribution, butadiene content and microstructure. The methods for producing products with required MFR were put forward by blending glue liquids with different molecular mass and distribution.
