摘要 研究了丁基橡胶装置干燥塔的干燥、再生过程,对影响干燥效果的主要因素如氯甲烷流量、异丁烯含量、再生氮气量、再生时间、再生前塔内残留氯甲烷的排放程度、干燥剂Al_2O_3的使用时间等进行了分析。干燥效果直接影响聚合反应的平稳运行及丁基橡胶的质量,当塔底出口处氯甲烷中水和二甲醚的含量都小于5μg/g时,干燥塔运行正常。 The drying and regeneration process of the drying tower was studied in this paper. Meanwhile, the factors which affected the drying were also analyzed including the flow rate of methyl chloride, the content of isobutylene, the amount of regenerated nitrogen, the regeneration time, the discharging condition of methyl chloride remaining in tower before regeneration, the using time of Al2O3, and so on. The drying effect affected stability of the polymerization and quality of butyl rubber directly. When the content of water and dimethyl ether in the methyl chloride on bottom outlet of drying tower were both below 5 μg/g,the drying tower ran normally.
