吉林省电网小干扰稳定性分析

Analysis on Small Disturbance Stability in Jilin Province Grid

摘要 介绍了小干扰稳定性基本原理及常用的计算方法,并以吉林省电网为例,根据国家电网公司提供的2006年夏季计算数据,采用东北电网、华北电网和山东电网联网方式,对吉林省电网进行了小干扰稳定性分析。结果表明吉林省电网存在区域内的弱阻尼低频振荡,据此建议省内100 MW及以上火电机组运行时投入PSS,同时实际测试励磁参数。 The basic principle on small disturbance stability and calculation method were introduced in this paper. Taking Jilin Electric Power Grid for example, adopting networking of the Northeast Grid, the North China Grid and Shandong Grid, the small disturbance stability of Jilin Electric Power Grid was analyzed based on calculation data on 2006 summer offered by the State Grid Corporation of China. The results showed that the low frequency oscillation with weak damping was existed in Jilin Province Grid. In view of the above, inputting PSS during operation by 100 MW and above fossil generators in local area and measuring the practical excitation system parameter were proposed.
