摘要
经皮气管切开操作简便、快速，并发症少，适合于危重患者床旁操作。本文介绍了几种与导丝扩张钳气管切开术并发症相关的操作细节，目的在于提高该技术的安全性。
During the last two decades, several percutaneous dilational tracheostomy techniques have been developed to facilitate bedside performance of tracheostomy. Compared to surgically created tracheostomy, percutaneous method has a number of potential advantages, such as low complication rate, simply and quickly to perform and leam. In present paper, authors introduced several procedural details in percutaneous tracheostomy with guidewire dilating forceps.
