摘要 机械通气可以引起健康肺和损伤肺内细胞因子的合成和释放增多,导致炎症反应.诱导和加重肺损伤,并且累及远隔器官,促或多器官功能障碍综合征的发生。细胞因子在炎症细胞及中性粒细胞募集的信号转导中发挥重要作用。无论是在动物实验还是在临床研究中,细胞因子都是探讨呼吸机相关性肺损伤的发病杌理和病理生理改变的重要的观察指标。 Mechanical ventilation may upregulate pulmonary cytokines production in both previously healthy and diseased lungs, which may result in an inflammatory reaction aggravating lung injury. This inflammatory reaction is not confined to the lungs but also has its effects on distal end-organs and leads to multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS).Cytokines play a crucial role in signalling between inflammatory cells and recruiting leucocytes to the lung. Cytokines are good surrogate endpoints in exploring the pathogenesis and pathophysiology of ventilator-induced lung injury(VILI) in both experimental and clinical studies.
