脑电双频指数在加强医疗病房中的应用

作为麻醉深度的监测方法之一。术中脑电双频指数（Bispectral Index,BIS）已被证明是可靠且有效的。但在加强医疗病房（Intensive care unit,ICU）中,BIS的作用还没有得到证实。针对儿科危重患者的各项研究表明,BIS与各种镇静评分具有良好的相关性。但是对于成人患者，各项研究结果的差异较大。因此,BIS在ICU中的作用仍需进一步探讨。

The bispectral index （BIS） was originally developed to monitor the depth of anesthesia. Recently, several papers have been published to study the BIS monitoring in critically ill patients as an objective measure of sedation. Because of the diversity in these studies＇ results, it is difficult to interpret usefulness of the BIS in intensive care unit. Further studies are needed to determine the optimal method of obtaining BIS data and evaluate the impact of the BIS on relevant patient outcomes.
