摘要
在面临日益激烈的国际市场竞争的今天,企业行为对社会的影响力越来越大,企业不仅仅要为社会提供产品和服务,也要承担其社会责任来赢得社会的认可,其中需要对员工负责任是基础,由此出发才能由内而外,赢得更多利益相关群体对企业的信任,这需要企业在企业内部塑造诚信文化,构建制度信任体系,搭建信任平台,以此来提升企业的竞争力。
Nowadays,the corporate's social influences become more and more obvious. The corporate not only provides products and services,bus also takes on social responsibility to win the acceptation of the society.The corporate should be responsible for its employee,then get more trust from other stakeholders.In order to reach this goal, the corporate should build trust culture and trust institution to promote the competence.
