摘要
长期以来,学术界研究宇文融括户者颇多,已经累积了不少丰硕的成果,但很少有学者从组织体制的角度对这次括户进行深入考察。在括户期间,宇文融建立了一套以“判官出使制”为核心的新型组织体制,成为唐代财政体制演变的起点。
This dissertation is focusing on Yu-wen Rong＇ s scheme,upon which many schlars have made fruitful researches However,previous discussions fail to envisage the organization system of Yu-wen Rong＇ s scheme Yu-wen Rong established the system of Pan-guan being sent on a mission temporarily,as the coronary of the organization system of Yu-wen Rong＇s scheme,which became the starting point of the reform of the public finance system of Tang Dynasty.
