摘要
目的探讨小鼠杏仁核中的亨廷顿蛋白相关蛋白HAP1(huntingtin associated protein 1,HAP1)的分布及是否与饥饿有关。
Objective: To probe for if huntingtin associated protein 1 (HAP1) is involved in hungry. Methods: Western blotting was used to observe the effect of food-deprivation on expressing of HAP1 in the amygdala of the mouse Method of immunohistochemistry was used to determine the change of HAP1 in the amygdala. Results: It was detected by western blotting that the HAP1 expression in the amygdala increases when food-deprivation continued. By immunohistochemistry, HAP1 immunoreactivity was shown to enhanced in the amygdala. Conclusion: HAP1 might be involved in hungry and participate in appetite regulation.
