芪黄汤对高脂血症大鼠血脂影响的实验研究

Effect of Qihuang Decoction on Serum Lipid of Hyperlipidemia Rats

目的观察芪黄汤对高脂血症大鼠血脂的影响。方法将60只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组、高脂血症模型组、芪黄汤小、中、大剂量组及多烯康组。测定各组大鼠的血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)。结果经芪黄汤小、中、大剂量治疗的高脂血症大鼠的TC、TG和LDL-C均非常显著降低(P<0.01)。结论芪黄汤可有效地降低高脂血症大鼠的TC、TG和LDL-C的含量。

Objective.. To investigate the effect of Qihuang decoction on serum lipid of hyperlipidemia ratg Methods：Sixty Wistar rats were randomly divided into six groups：a normal group;a hyperlipidemia model group;a treated group by Qihuang decoction with the small dosage,the medium dosage,the big dosage; a treatment group by western medicine Duoxikang. The total cholesterol（TC）, triglyceride（TG）, low density lipoprotein（LDL-C）and high density lipoprotein （HDL-C） in serum of the rats were determined. Results： The hyperlipidemia rats were treated by Qihuang decoction reduced the raisedTC, TG and LDL-C（P〈 0. 01）. Conclusion： Qihuang decoction can lowerTC,TG and LDL-C of hyperlipidemia rats.
