摘要
目的研究脑立轻胶囊对血管性痴呆大鼠神经细胞凋亡的影响。方法血管性痴呆模型采用双侧颈总动脉永久性结扎制备,用TDT介导的dUTP缺口末端标记技术(TUNEL)检测。结果脑立轻胶囊大剂量组能明显减少海马CA1区神经细胞凋亡,与模型组比较有显著差异(P<0.05),与尼麦角林组比较无统计学意义。结论脑立轻胶囊能明显抑制大鼠海马CA1区神经细胞的凋亡,这可能是脑立轻胶囊治疗血管性痴呆的主要机制之一。
Objective: To study the effects of Naoliqing capsule on vascular dementia by decreasing the number of apoptosis of the nerve cell in CA1 region of hippocampal. Methods: Model rats of chronic forebrain ischemia were subjected to permanent bilateral common carotid arteries ligation for fourty days. To investigate the apoptosis of the cranial nerve of dementia rats by the methods of TUNEL. Results: Compared with the normal groups, the modelling group's could decrease the number of apoptosis of the CA1 region nerve cell. The therapeutic effects of the high dosed Naoliqing group were similar to that of the Nicergoline group(P〉0. 05). Conclusion: Naoliqing capsule can decrease the apoptosis of the CA1 region'nerve cell,Which may be one of the mechanisms of Naoliqing capsule to treat vascular dementia.
