摘要
目的研究D101、AB-8、SP825、HP20、D4020、SP70六种大孔树脂对红花黄色素的吸附性能。方法采用静态吸附和动态吸附对树脂的吸附性能进行比较。结果D-101树脂比上柱量为44.48 mg/g,比吸附量为25.79 mg/g,比洗脱量为23.51 mg/g。结论D-101树脂分离纯化红花黄色素效果较好。
Objective: To study the adsorption capability of safflor yellow within D-101 ,AB-8, SP825, HP20,D4020,SP70 macroporous resin. Methods: Comparing the adsorption capability of macroporous resin by static adsorbing and dynamic adsorbing Results: The saturation ratio of D-101 macroporous resin was 44. 48mg/g, the absorption ratio was 25. 79mg/g, the eluation ratio was 23. 51mg/g. Conclusion.. The adsorption capability of D-101 macroporous resin is the best in the six kinds of macroporous resin.
