产品召回保险若干问题研究

RESEARCH OF THE SYSTEM OF PRODUCT RECALL INSURANCE IN CHINA

随着我国产品召回理论及立法的发展,产品召回保险制度开始广泛应用,有关产品召回保险的理论研究有待提高。文中结合产品召回制度,对产品召回风险的可保性、产品召回保险与产品责任保险的关系以及保险范围进行探讨,并提出进一步完善的建议。

Laws and regulations of product recall are already available in China, and insurance of product recall plays an important role in the system of product recall. This paper analyzes the legislation of product recall, insurability of product recall risk, insurance coverage and the relationship between product recall insurance and product liability insurance.
