摘要
可持续发展不是人类生存发展的权宜之计。可持续发展是我国经济社会发展的重大战略,必须充分认识科学技术和道德与法制在可持续发展中的重要作用,科学技术和道德与法制是实现可持续发展的两大支撑。
Sustainable development is not an expedient measure for the humanity to survive and develop. It is an important strategy for economic and social development of our country. We must fully realize the important roles of science and technology, morality and legal system in sustainable development. Science and technology, on the one hand, and morality and legal system, on the other, are the two great supports for sustainable development.
