摘要
我国民办教育经过20多年的发展,已经从争论走向合法,从无序竞争走向规范办学,今天已成为我国教育事业的组成部分。《民办教育促进法》的颁布实施,不仅为民办教育的改革和发展提供了法律依据,而且对教育事业的发展起到了积极的推动作用。民办教育的发展和合理回报仍是人们关注的焦点。
After more than 20 years＇ development, the debate concerning private education has ended and privately-run schools have gained their legal status, and disorderly competition has given way to standardized school-running. Obviously, private education has become a component of the educational system in our country. The promulgation and implementation of The Law of the People＇s Republic of China on Promotion of Privately-run Schools not only provides the legal basis for the reform and development of private education, but also promotes the development of the educational undertaking in the country as a whole. At present, people＇s concern is focused on the development and repayment of privately-run schools.
